ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TRULY HANDMADE IN THE USA? Yes! All of my products really are made by me in my home here in the beautiful USA! From my own original designs too!
I NOTICE YOU USE "PLATED" PARTS RATHER THAN SOLID? Using plated parts helps me to keep the cost down for you! If I used all silver or gold parts I would have to charge much more for each piece. I would rather use high quality plated and keep the cost lower for more people to be able to enjoy my jewelry.
WHAT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE? I will take major credit cards as payment as well as paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to order. I just use them as my payment processor, as they are a secure and trusted company.
MAY I RETURN AN ITEM? All items are returnable less the shipping/handling. When I receive your product and confirm it is in its original condition, a check will be sent to you.
Notice: Sugar Glider products are only returnable if unused!!! If an item has been opened, I can NOT take it back for health and safety reasons. Think about it, YOU wouldn't want a toy that someone let their sugar glider use, and you don't know if it's healthy or not. But please contact me if unhappy!
CUSTOM ORDERS? Customer orders are not a problem most of the time. Email me with your idea (such as a bracelet with your name on it). I will contact you on whether or not I can do it, how long it will take and what the cost will be.
WHAT TYPE OF BEADS DO YOU USE? Most of the beads I use are glass. I also use some metal beads as well as crystal, gold and silver. I also use natural stones, semi precious stones in jewelry making. I love to use products in nature such as feathers and pine cones as well.
WHY IS THERE SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN THE PRICES OF THE BRACELETS? The difference in the price comes from the different beads used. The higher priced bracelets are made with a higher quality of beads that are much smaller than the other style and they take about 3 times as many beads and hours to make a comparable bracelet.
WHAT IS THE FRINGE MENTIONED ON THE BOOKMARKERS? All bookmarkers have a fringe on both ends of about 2 to 4 inches long, made of the same product the beads are strung on.
WHY HANDMADE GIFTS? My handmade beaded bookmarkers and jewelry make great gift items for just about anybody. Handmade in the USA means you care for the country in which you live and handmade items are a unique way of telling someone they are extra special. These items are not machine made or mass produced in another country. Each piece is made with care and pride by myself in my home.
WHAT IS THE BACKGROUND COLOR? Background color refers to the color in the background of the piece. Typically the first color is the background and the second color listed will be the actual design.
Why do you show heavier weights for products that are much lighter than the weight shown? The weights shown are used for shipping purposes to the United Kingdom and Canada, and are an average weight of the item in a box including all shipping material and samples.
