Feathers are the new trendy hair accessory! Rather than wear "feather hair extensions" check out the flexability of feather earrings or feather hair clips!  Unlike feather hair extensions, feather clips can be removed when you dont feel like wearing them or if they don't match your outfit or mood that day.  Feather hair clips are much more versatile.  You can have them in different colors to match your outfit or mood.  You can have fun placing them wherever you wish on your head, to accomodate different hair styles. You can change them easily without a trip to the salon!  Feather hair extensions from the salon last weeks, maybe months.  With proper care, my feather hair clips will last YEARS!

Feather Earrings were popular when I was a kid, and they are back in style again!  Honestly I never stopped wearing feather earrings.  My regular customers know that my feather earrings have been available here for many years!  I have many NEW styles to choose from and some of the prettiest feathers available!  I use mostly natural color feathers, but also offer a small selection of dyed feathers.

Feather hair accessories are a fun and beautiful way to dress up your hair.  Beautiful handmade feather hair clips are much better than the feather hair extensions that have become so popular.    Each feather is individually picked for size, shape, and individual beauty.  I love feathers, and truly enjoy making these.  I hope you enjoy wearing them as much!

A little bit about my Feather Hair Clips:

I make my Feather Hair Clips/Extensions in 2 lengths.  The long ones are about 9" to 12" long, the short ones are about 5" to 8" long.  The short ones are nice for people with shorter hair, or can be worn behind the ear for a nice effect (see photo below). Each feather hair clip is made with 6 to 16 feathers depending on length and feather fluffiness.

I use an assortment of crystal, glass, or acrylic beads to accent the feather clips. The strong silver-finish clip itself is decorated with small feathers (usually small pheasant feathers) and even a few real crystal rhinestones.  You can request for the silver clip to be left plain if you wish, as well as request certain bead/crystal colors.  If no special requests are made, feather hair clips will be sent as shown (assorted neutral colored beads/crystals).

You can now request "Hidden Clips"!  These clips are nice for tucking under your hair if you do not want the clip to show, or for MEN to wear!  YES I said men!  Some men actually like wearing feathers, but they dont necesarily want the clip to show or any beads!  All Feather Hair Clips are NOW available in "Men Style"!  They will be made with Hidden Clips, no beads, and less chain showing for a full "feather effect"!  If "Men Style" is desired, please specify in "Custom/special request" box when ordering!
